Hullo, my name is Bill Weasley. You probably have heard of the Weasley family, poor, second hand robes and red hair. While this description is accurate to a certain extent, it is a veneer. We are extremely rich in where it matters.

I’m probably one of the few students at Hogwarts that studied History of Magic on my own due to Professor Binns’ own peculiar gift in magic of sending his students into the land of Morpheus. I seem to remember dates of important events in history and my history easily.

Ah the Arithmancy calculations I could do with the important dates of my life in my generation. My birthday is 11-29-1970. Charlie’s is 12-12-1972. Percy came along 8-22-1976. 4-1-1978 was doubled with the births of Fred and George. Ron was born on 4-1-1980 and my Ginny on 8-11-1981. I can go on to my views of our own special “Weasley Magic” but that would take many rolls of parchment to fill.

Then there are the dates in my personal life. 1995, I saw the woman that I would share my heart and life with. August 16, 1996 I married Fleur Delacour.

The next generation of the Weasley Family continues to grow—Fleur and I had twin boys and I held them for the first time on October 2, 1998. Messrs. Matthieu and Charlie Weasley, you won’t find two handsomer young wizards in Britain. Ron and his beloved Hermione are expecting their first in March. My little fire-pixie, Ginny gave birth her spark, Lilly Potter on October 12,1999 the first Weasley cousin. The Family marches into the future evermore.

The magic of watching my boys grow is even more fascinating than the tombs of Egypt ever were so I will be home for the indefinite future. I am bored professionally, there are just so many times one can check the protective magics of a bank vault—For the last few weeks, the only bright spot in my work week was beginning the next stages in my progression with Gringotts, training the next generation of Curse Breakers. Katie Bell is my first apprentice. One of three things will happen in my dealings with Miss Bell. 1. Her unique views will rapidly begin my paternal inheritance, hair loss. 2. She will become one of the greatest Curse Breakers of her age. 3. Both of the previous. No matter how it turns out, I know I’m making a friend.

I think it is now the time for me to talk to my Goblin superiors about opening my shop. If I control the environment, I can train my apprentices easier, then going through the masses of magical items found in a tombs world wide, would be a fascinating research project.
Now all I have to do is to tell my beloved and convince her the idea is practical. Only time will tell, and that is rapidly approaching.
